Ben Franklin and
Robert Moses are just two highly successful individuals who loved to swim in the open water. There is something spectacular and mysterious about a dip in the open water – it’s like instant enlightenment. To find your local swimming hole check out

Mindfulness/Spirituality/Chill
For about 40 years, I always assumed growth meant accumulation or addition. I think that’s why I’ve enjoyed reading
“I AM THAT” as well as practicing this
Essential Self medtiation where self-growth becomes paradoxically about subtraction – in short, what are you NOT? (your thoughts, your possessions, your relationships, your name, etc).

Investing/Money
I find Stradivarius violins gorgeous to look at. They’ve also been incredible investments. In the 1980s, when I first heard about them they were going for then “insane” prices of
about $250,000.
There are now Strads that sell for $20mm or more. It’s like investing in a tech stock but you get to look at this beauty instead of numbers on a computer screen. Now you just have to come up with the 20 mil.
Random Thoughts
When projects have been backing up and I feel like I can’t stay on top of life, nothing gets me more productive than using my
Best Self Journal. It comprehensively includes gratitude, goals, tasks, passions, learnings – all in one small book. It can feel a little strange to go back to pen and paper but it’s incredibly satisfying.
Reflection/Quote
This one is getting me through an uncertain time: “You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens.” – Mandy Hale.
Remember to
forward this to a friend who will enjoy it.
Stay well,
