☝️ Upwarding #45: The Last Empty Stadiums, Captive ATMs Strategy, Responding to Criticism

Welcome to this week's Upwarding newsletter. My blog, with more in-depth content, can be found here.

Live NBA game, 25 fans in an 18,000 person stadium.  Read about my experience here.

“When asked about what they regret most in the last six months, people tend to identify actions that didn’t meet expectations. But when asked about what they regret most when they look back on their lives as a whole, people tend to identify failures to act.” – Paradox of Choice, Barry Schwartz

A huge study just made it even more clear: Avoid processed foods, they seem to cause all kinds of health problems stuff ranging from cancer to depression.  Simple formula – shop the outer aisles of the grocery store.

1)    Buy your own ATM and put it in your room

2)    Set the withdrawal fee at $10 (this goes to you, the owner)

3)    Open 20 checking accounts that have full ATM fee reimbursement

4)    Withdraw and re-deposit $20 per day per account

Not sure how long it would last but pretty fun concept and theoretically thousands of dollars per month.
