“Sir Francis Drake” high school near me was recently renamed “Archie Williams”, one of several local fixtures that have been renamed because current values don’t accord with the values of the past. Health/Wellness
“Years ago he told me that the secret to a long healthy life is to consume as little food as possible.” – From The Guardians, by John Grisham. I often think of this when I think of Donald Gorske, who for decades has eaten nothing but Big Macs.

Reflection/Quote
